All contributors must be willing to have their articles (and any pictures supplied) re-produced in The Argus and in other Newsquest newspaper titles and websites.

Stories (and pictures) must be your own original work and must be previously unpublished, and should be between 500 and 2000 words in length.

Name, address, age, occupation and telephone number of the author must be supplied with each article submitted.

All pictures submitted in print format will be returned.

Please indicate if you are willing for your photo to be taken.
